Return & Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements are provided only for defective or damaged products. Claims must be made within three days of receiving the order via WhatsApp or email. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds may take seven to ten business days to process. Bulk orders or custom items may have different terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
